Stanley T. Funches, CFP®, ChFC®, CRPC®, MBA

Stanley T. Funches, CFP®, ChFC®, CRPC®, MBA, studied Finance and earned a BSM from Tulane University and an MBA from Samford University. Stanley began his journey in financial planning over 21 years ago, earning his Certified Financial Planner®, Chartered Financial Consultant, and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor designations. During his time as a financial planner, Stanley has served professionals, business owners, and physicians as they prepare for and seek to maintain a comfortable retirement.

Stanley has conducted numerous seminars and speaking engagements in his community and appeared on several news shows discussing financial planning topics. In 2001, he was awarded the Presidential Award by the Urban Financial Services Coalition. In 2007 he was profiled and labeled a “Wealth Pioneer” by Wealth Manager Magazine. In 2015 he was a contributing author to the Amazon Best Seller, Voices of Inspiration – Real Life Wisdom for Living Your Best Life. In 2019 he published the book, The Quest for Financial Independence – 10 Areas of Your Planning You Should Not Ignore.

Stanley resides in Birmingham, Alabama, and is the father of three wonderful children, Ashli, TJ, and Christopher. In his time away from the office Stanley enjoys basketball, golf, and reading.
